Historical Background
1928-2017
This stunningly beautiful building was designed by famed architect Joseph Royer in 1928, following the chateauesque French Norman style. The building has been used as a sorority at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign until 2010. It unfortunately stayed
vacant afterwards and was in a state of disrepair when we purchased it in 2017, aiming to give it a new life.
2018 rehab
During the first 8 months of 2018, the building was completely rehabbed and redeveloped into 19 apartments with unique character, including studios and 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units. The building is now eco-friendly and provides a unique housing experience just one block away from UIUC campus.
