Our 3-BDR units have 1 or 2 bathrooms. Each unit is fully furnished and features the latest amenities: single-mode fiber optic internet, top of the line kitchen appliances and cabinets, full baths, tiled showers, washer/dryer and quiet minisplit heating/cooling system in each unit, excellent thermal and sound insulation, upgraded windows,  handicapped-accessible units on the ground floor, fire-suppression system, and much more. Internet speed is 10 Gbps which is ten times faster than fiber optic internet in any other building in Champaign-Urbana!

2020-2021 RENTAL PRICES

All rents are based on a 1-year lease and include water, trash, and fiber optic internet. Tenants are responsible for their electricity and heating/cooling consumption. Parking is available for $40/month, subject to availability. Good credit and 1-month security deposit required

 A bedroom in a shared 3-BDR unit is currently available for a female student, at only $445 + utility fee. Please contact us for further details.
